Landing in Canada

The members of our NHS from around the world gathered together for NHS Convention 11 in Vancouver, Canada. Show chairman Mike Symons chose a really fine hotel in the Sheraton Wall Centre situated in the heart of the city.

Registration

The hotel had set aside space for NHS in the lobby with tables and signs and by 5pm we were up and running. Friday, nearly everyone had arrived by late afternoon.

Before long there must have been 50 members and many spouses present but everyone got registered and received their name tag and bag of goodies.

Old Friends

The NHS convention is held once every two years. They met old friends for the first time in two years.

Camera Discussion

It's always the case that camera discussions begin as soon as NHS members get together.

Cocktail Party

We had great room for the purpose and for over three hours it was full of good people enjoying good conversation. It went well and we all enjoyed standing by the windows watching it snow. Yes, it was snow in April.
