Sakura Wind

I tried shooting with the lens set to a full open aperture of F4. Although it can be said to be a standard lens with a focal length of 50mm, it is unusual for the maximum aperture to be F4. Although it is a low-speed lens, it is no problem at all for mirrorless Z cameras.

These images are fascinating. The pale outlines, background, and colors of the flowers resemble old Japanese paintings.

Tama River in Early Summer

I tested the performance of the oddly shaped lens hood Nikon HN-N101.

EL Nikkor 50mm F4N

Today is the early summer season of May, when the sunlight is strong. I realized that even this small lens hood can be quite effective.

Midsummer

I photographed summer in old Japan with the EL Nikkor 50mm F4N lens. They looked like Hyperrealism paintings from the late 1960s.

Historical Place

This place looks like a scene from an old Japanese movie. Historical landscapes shot with EL Nikkor 50mm F4N lens is as beautiful as old 16mm movies.

On a Sunny Day

I was confronted with a nostalgic colored landscape that looked like it had been shot with Kodachrome 64 film.

EL Nikkor 50mm F4N

I used the EL Nikkor 50mm F4N lens to photograph the streets where Japanese people walked 400 years ago. The front element of this lens is very small. However, the images she creates are powerful and elegant.
