Nikon Red Window

Nikon X-ray cameras use 120 film. The 120 film continues in use to this day, when it is commonly referred to as medium format. As you know, most vintage cameras that use this type of roll film have a small red window in the back that aligns with printed frame numbers on the outside of the backing paper. This allows you to advance the film to the correct position. Nikon X-ray cameras have red or orange windows.
