How to use the Ultra-Micro-Nikkor

I wanted to mount the Ultra-Micro-Nikkor lens on my Nikon. However, a suitable mount adapter was not sold to the camera shop. Four years have passed since then. I custom made the Nikon mount adapter to use the Ultra-Micro-Nikkor 125mm F2.8 lens. That was in 2005.
